Update: Holy Cow!! A DD! I never thought this would happen in all my days. Thank you! Thank you =MaddalinaMocanu for suggesting it and ^Talty for featuring. This might make me motivated to make more sculpts like him.
Resubmitted from my older account.
Why not show you guys how far I can go if I really wanted to? This piece is also over two years old, so I could really do better now. ; ) Plus, a lot of my watchers probably didn't follow me from said older account and have never seen my Titan.
This is an Original Piece of Art that I have made. It was originally made for a History and Trends class. We were covering miniatures and their use in Visual Effects. Which, for any fantasy or sci-fi or superhero based movie, is quite often. Look at Lord of the Rings and the new Batman movies. (The Dark Knight and what not.)
So, I spent some time designing him. I designed him while at a bar by myself. -loser- I was drinking a non-alcoholic fruity drink and had several guys come over to see what I was doing. Naturally, I hate drawing, and he really came to life when I started sculpting him. ^^
I call him a Titan because he is meant to be one, even though he is made of stone. I'll always love this piece. Since it still looks flarking cool, even after these couple of years. Though, sadly he fell and broke his arm and leg. I'm really unhappy about that... I also need to find a dust free place to put him...
Well, I'm sure you're all tired of reading my yammering. I hope you enjoy!
Bigger Detail Shots!
Titan belongs to ME! I designed him. I sculpted him.
Handmade with sculpey clay, 3 types of spray paint, acrylic paint, a grasses and foliage miniature kit, foil, wire, blood sweat tears, and glue.
Thank you. I'm glad. I'm sad it did as well. The break is very minor though. If I don't move it off my shelf, it's not easily noticeable. I hope to. Should I get the motivation to work on something so large again.
