'Stormy' Howlite Dragon

A somewhat stormy colored themed dragon on a small piece of Howlite stone.

For colors, the main color is a dark greyish blue. Silver, because clouds can sometimes appear silverish in a storm, right? Plus, every cloud has a silver lining. -shot-
That's a sort of yellow-ish green. I wanted to make it paler to represent lightning, but I liked the touch of color.
And pale blue eyes for a streak of sky behind the clouds.
