Oogie Boogie Typography by KingMelissa Oogie Boogie Typography by KingMelissa
(I have no idea where this goes, so I'm going to guess. Don't kill me!)

Ok. So for my beloved class, Typography, I had to take a song and make an image using only the words from the song lyrics.
I'm sure you can guess which song I chose.
(The image is also a screen cap from part of the actual song from the movie. yay!)

This took me FOREVER to do! FOREVER
I'm not joking. I don't know how to use Illustrator that well. so being forced to do this. Ouch. @_@;
And sadly, the PDF file isn't nearly as pretty as this. ;o; Something got lost in there. haha.

Let's see. This took about... 27 layers. I don't know how many time the song was repeated in there. I just know it's a lot. Maybe over a hundred times, if I had to guess. :giggle:
Santa's lines are in santa. and oogie boogie has his own lines making up him.

I hope you guys like this.
I suffered dearly making it. :faint:

(This itself is just a screen cap, because the actual image is huuuuuuuge. Whoops. xD )

If I had to go through that song that many times, I'm not quite sure what I would think! Yikes!

But, seriously, this is awesome.

:giggle: It's not that bad. xD Could have been a worse song to go through. <3
At least the end result was worth it. :)

Thanks. <3
The actual image is 10" x 10", so it's really big. x'D

I know. xD But it's for type class. :D and in the real design world, something that's only 500 pixels big is quite illogical. o.o
